Lost-lead recovery for Florida pest-control companies

Recover overlooked revenue from customers and inquiries you already paid to acquire.

Velnaryn runs a focused 14-day pilot to find overlooked inquiries, unsold estimates, and lapsed customers. We prepare a recovery sequence and track what happens after follow-up begins.

Ask a Question

14-day pilot$750 fixed feeNo long-term commitment

The free audit takes about five minutes and requires no CRM login or customer export. No revenue guarantee.

Why revenue gets missed

Existing demand gets lost when no one owns the follow-up.

Velnaryn reviews stalled records, looks at the current follow-up process, and recommends paid work only when the gap is clear and measurable.

Overlooked inquiries

People who raised a hand but never reached a booked or completed service.

Unsold estimates

Qualified opportunities that received a quote but did not move forward.

Lapsed customers

Previous customers whose recurring or repeat service stopped.

Who Velnaryn is for

Built for pest-control operators with recurring service or estimate-based sales.

Velnaryn is best suited to operators with a usable list of past inquiries or customers, a clear follow-up gap, and a practical way to measure replies, appointments, and recovered business.

Free Recovery Audit

Five answers show whether a closer look is worthwhile.

Aggregate information only

No CRM login, API key, customer list, or customer export is needed for the free audit.

What we ask

These questions take about five minutes. If a number is unknown, leave it blank; Velnaryn will not estimate it for you.

  • How many overlooked inquiries, unsold estimates, and lapsed recurring accounts are in the last 12 months?
  • Where are they stored, and can the system export a CSV without sharing login credentials?
  • Does the data include dates, status, service type, last contact, and any opt-out, complaint, or suppression flags?
  • What follow-up happens now, who owns it, and can you measure appointments or revenue?
  • What are your first-year customer revenue and gross margin, and how many recovered customers would make a $750 test worthwhile?

How we decide

The audit rules out work that does not make economic sense.

Velnaryn recommends the $750 pilot only when the records are usable, there is a real follow-up gap, results can be measured, and your numbers support the cost.

Pilot fit

You have at least 100 past inquiries or customer records, usable contact and suppression data, no consistent follow-up process, measurable outcomes, and enough gross profit per customer that three or fewer recoveries would cover the fee.

The fixed pilot may be a sensible next step.

Maybe

Some answers are missing, ownership or measurement is unclear, or more than three recovered customers would be needed to cover the fee.

Fill the information gaps before making a decision.

No fit

There are fewer than 100 relevant records, the data cannot be exported safely, suppression information is missing, or a consistent, measured follow-up process already covers these records.

Velnaryn will not recommend the pilot.

These fit decisions are not forecasts or revenue promises.

The recovery workflow

How it actually works

The work uses your existing systems. You do not need to replace your CRM, and no message goes out until you approve the audience and copy.

  1. Find the overlooked opportunities

We work from existing inquiries or leads the business already generated or paid to acquire and identify the ones worth revisiting.

  2. Prioritize what is actually recoverable

We remove invalid, suppressed, opted-out, or unsuitable contacts. The remaining opportunities are organized for focused follow-up.

  3. Run the recovery follow-up

We run the approved follow-up through the communication workflow agreed with you. Your existing business systems stay in place.

  4. Track what comes back

We track replies, renewed conversations, and attributable outcomes so you can see whether the 14-day pilot created real value.

Economics before activity

Your numbers decide whether the pilot makes sense.

Velnaryn uses your record count, customer revenue, and gross margin. It does not assign value to overlooked records before you provide those numbers.

Scenarios for one, two, three, or a number you choose show the math only. They are not conversion forecasts.

Break-even recovered customers $750 divided by gross profit per customer, rounded up

If a small number of recoveries cannot credibly justify the fee, the pilot is not recommended.

14-Day Recovery Pilot

A focused recovery test with a clear scope.

We offer the pilot only when the audit shows a fit and the written terms and payment are complete.

Fixed pilot fee
$750
Execution period
14 days
Attribution window
30 days after launch

One fixed-scope pilot. No subscription or automatic renewal. Every engagement starts with the free Recovery Audit.

Included

  • One approved CSV export of 100 to 2,500 candidate records
  • Data cleanup, deduplication, eligibility, and suppression review
  • Up to three recovery segments
  • One owner-approved email sequence through the customer's existing system
  • Outcome tracking and a written attribution report

Boundaries

  • The 14 days cover execution, not a deadline for results
  • The 30-day attribution window begins after the approved launch
  • The pilot covers email follow-up only; it does not include CRM access, SMS, phone calls, or purchased lists
  • No revenue guarantee or assumed conversion rate
  • Signed terms and cleared payment are required before work starts

Pre-launch check

During the first two business days, we check the full export, eligible record count, exclusions, and attribution method.

Prepare and launch

We prepare the recovery sequence and launch only after your approval.

Observe and attribute

We track replies, appointments, recovered customers, and customer-confirmed value after launch.

Every engagement starts with the free Recovery Audit. It takes about five minutes and needs no CRM login.

Operating standards

Control before contact. Evidence after launch.

Trust comes from clear limits, customer approval, and honest reporting.

Pre-launch risk reversal

If you provide a complete, in-scope export on time and Velnaryn cannot confirm at least 100 eligible records ready for follow-up or a workable way to track outcomes within the first two business days, you may choose a full refund or apply the full fee to a later pilot.

Customer approval before launch

You review the audience, suppression handling, sender identity, and exact sequence. Nothing launches without your approval.

No credentials for the free audit

The audit uses aggregate answers only. A customer export is considered only after the audit shows the pilot is a fit, the terms are signed, and payment has cleared.

No revenue guarantee

Customer behavior cannot be guaranteed. Reports distinguish the facts you provide, scenario math, and outcomes tied to the pilot.

Founder

Every Velnaryn pilot is led by founder Kevin Haase.

Kevin founded Velnaryn to help service businesses recover opportunities lost when follow-up stops. He personally reviews each Recovery Audit, leads each pilot, and remains the primary contact throughout the work.

The service stays focused: one defined problem, a 14-day execution period, customer approval before launch, and clear outcome tracking.

Practical questions

What to expect before follow-up begins.

The pilot has a defined scope, clear approval points, and no automatic renewal.

What setup is required?

The free audit uses five aggregate answers and takes about five minutes. If the pilot is a fit, setup requires signed terms, cleared payment, one approved CSV export, and agreement on the launch and attribution process.

Does Velnaryn need CRM credentials or direct access?

The free audit requires no CRM login, API key, customer list, or customer export. A paid pilot uses one approved export with only the fields needed to check eligibility, honor suppression requests, organize follow-up, and track outcomes. We agree on the transfer method and retention terms before you provide any data.

What happens during the 14-day pilot?

Velnaryn reviews the export, removes duplicates and suppressed contacts, groups the remaining opportunities, and prepares one recovery sequence. You approve the sender, audience, exclusions, and exact messages before follow-up begins.

Is there a subscription or long-term commitment?

No. The $750 14-Day Recovery Pilot is one fixed-scope engagement with no automatic renewal. Cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in the written pilot agreement before payment, including the pre-launch check.

What happens after the pilot?

A separate 30-day window tracks replies, appointments, recovered customers, and customer-confirmed value after launch. Velnaryn then delivers a report showing what can be attributed to the pilot. Any further work requires a separate agreement.
